Don't BE Afraid is working to spread acceptance, hope, and compassion. One way we do this is through events and speaking engagements.

Scott continues to speak to schools throughout Nova Scotia, and beyond, about confronting fear, standing up against hatred, and eradicating bullying.

The Don't BE Afraid team and supporters have hosted awareness events in communities across Canada, engaging participants to educate themselves and speak out about homophobia and transphobia. You can host an event too!

Scott is a busy person but he aims to reach out to youth, special interest groups, and the media as often as he can! Please note: Scott's speaking engagements are not exclusively linked to the campaign, and proceeds do not go directly to Don't BE Afraid, unless specifically stated in the agreement. Inquire about booking a speaker
